Catherine Ryder serves as the Chief Executive officer for Tri-County Mental Health Services (TCMHS). She is proud to represent an agency noted for its trauma-informed, recovery-based approach to services. She works to develop models that align with the principles of healthcare reform and is passionate about ensuring access, bending the cost curve, and reducing stigma
associated with behavioral health.

Colin O'Neill is responsible for providing leadership in the design, development, implementation, operation, conduct, and evaluation of the agency’s mental health, intellectual/developmental disability, substance misuse, veterans, and integrated healthcare programs.

Don Dufour is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department in addition to assisting in the development of strategy to ensure competitive industry standing in regard to employment satisfaction, compensation, and benefits

Julie Olum
Chief Financial Officer

Julie Olum oversees the Finance team that is responsible for all accounting and financial functions, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements and reporting to TCMHS’s board and the public.
