The Tri-County Social Learning Center (SLC) offers community support and Home Support Quarter Hour (in-home support) services to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities integrate into the community to live, work, volunteer, join clubs and find meaningful social connections and natural supports.
Our in-home support services assist people living on their own or with family to be as independent as possible in their own homes. Personalized in-home services may include personal care, transportation, communication, safety training and personal skills, among others.
